Data We Collect

Pickaxe Inventory collects minimal data necessary to provide the service:

• Shop domain - to identify your store
• OAuth access token - to communicate with your Shopify store API
• Product and inventory data - fetched from your Shopify store in real-time
• Alert settings - your configured low-stock thresholds

Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (KV storage). We do not store customer personal data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Retention

We retain your data only while your app is installed. Upon uninstallation, all stored data is immediately deleted.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare Workers AI for inventory suggestions. No personal data is sent to AI services. Only product titles, types, and aggregate inventory numbers are processed.
